Shipping Policy

At Agv, we keep shipping simple. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, when you can expect delivery, how tracking works, and what to do if something needs attention after your order ships.

Shipping times

Orders are prepared before they leave our fulfillment process. Processing and delivery times are estimated in days and may vary depending on order details, destination, product availability, and shipping conditions.

Shipping destinations

Agv provides Free Worldwide Shipping. Available destinations may depend on checkout availability, order details, and shipping restrictions that apply to certain products or locations.

If your destination cannot be selected during checkout, please contact us before placing an order so we can review the issue.

Shipping rates

Shipping is free worldwide. You will not be charged a standard shipping fee at checkout for our Free Worldwide Shipping service.

Free Worldwide Shipping also includes any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges related to your shipment. If such fees occur, they will be covered by us.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow 1–3 days after shipment for tracking details to update.

If your tracking number has not updated right away, it may still be waiting for the carrier system to scan and refresh the shipment details.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Agv is not able to promise that address changes can be made after an order has been submitted.

  • If you notice an address issue Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and the correct shipping address.
  • If the order has already shipped We may be unable to update the destination once the package is in transit.
  • If a package is returned We will review the order details and provide the next available options by email.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges are included in our Free Worldwide Shipping service. If such fees occur, they will be covered by us.

If you receive a notice requesting payment for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges, please contact us at [email protected] before making any payment. Include your order number and a copy or screenshot of the notice so we can review it.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

Delivery times are estimates. Weather, local delivery conditions, customs review, carrier delays, incorrect address details, or other unexpected events may affect the final delivery date.

  • Delayed packages If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number and tracking details.
  • Lost packages If tracking shows no movement for an unusual amount of time, email us so we can review the shipment information and help with next steps.
  • Damaged packages If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the package, photos of the item, and a short description of the issue.
