Non-returnable items

Return shipping cost
Agv offers 30 Days Free Returns for eligible returns approved through customer service. Return shipping details will be provided after your request is reviewed.
Returns sent without contacting customer service first may not be accepted, and Agv cannot confirm return shipping coverage for unauthorized returns.
Refund process
After your returned item is received and inspected, we will review whether it meets the return eligibility requirements. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method when possible.
Refund processing time is 3–15 days after the returned item is received and inspected. Additional time may be required for your bank, card provider, or payment service to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges
